Instructor Marcel Flori has over 20 years experience as a sommelier and was ranked 3rd Best Sommelier of America in 1986, as well as Best Sommelier of the Midwest in 1986. He teaches the Continuing Education wine program and is a member of Harper’s Hospitality Department faculty.
